Put one teaspoon mustard oil, a pinch of salt and half teaspoon turmeric powder in a bowl and combine it well until it becomes a smooth paste. Use the paste as toothpaste for a few minutes. Repeat the treatment at least 2-3 times a week to make it work.

    4. Turmeric And Vanilla Essence
