TEMPO.CO, JakartaAfter going quiet for quite some time, the hacker that goes by the name Bjorka returns to leak the personal data of yet another high-ranking Indonesian. On Thursday, September 29, Bjorka doxxed Hinsa Siburian, head of the National Cyber and Encryption Agency (BSSN), to breached.to and Telegram.

The latest post on breached.to is dubbed 'NATIONAL CYBER AND CRYPTO AGENCY OF INDONESIA' in which the hacker posted a screenshot of online news about the BSSN's Rp624 billion budget increase, with a headline that mentioned the hacker's name.

"I heard someone just made quite a bit of money because of me?" Bjorka's text read, followed by a photo of Hinsa that seemed to have been cropped from his Wikipedia page.

Below the photo is an image consisting of numerous data and personal information about Hinsa, including his phone numbers, address, vaccination status, and the vehicles he owns.

Bjorka ended the post with, "Let's ask this old man what the money will be used for."

Some time ago, the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) criticized the Rp70 billion budget raise for BSSN amid rampant cases of hacking and security breaching. Sigit Widodo, the party's spokesman for IT and digital issues, said that the budget hike should be used optimally to improve the security of electronic systems in Indonesia, especially electronic systems managed by government agencies and state-owned enterprises.

"Don't let this super large budget be used for unnecessary activities or just serving as a project to absorb the budget," Sigit said in a press release, Monday, September 26.

BSSN's budget increase was approved by Commission I of the Indonesian House of Representatives on September 21. BSSN's definitive ceiling was raised to Rp624.37 billion, consisting of Rp407.14 billion for the agency's management support program and Rp217.22 billion for the cyber and state password security and resilience program.
