TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A fire gutted a Transjakarta bus with the plate number B 7438 IX on Jalan Latuharhary, Menteng, Central Jakarta towards Sudirman on Friday (1/29) morning. No casualties reported in the incident.


Head of Operational Section for Central Jakarta Fire and Disaster Handling Sub-dept, Muchtar Zakaria said his side received the report at 6am and immediately sent fireman to the scene.


"The firemen and two fire trucks managed to put out the flames. Temporary allegation, this is triggered by an electric short-circuit," he said, Friday (1/29).
