TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - It is no secret that most men dream of having an ideal physical type of body shape with six pack stomach muscles. If you are one of them, the following are a number of tips from Radityo Wahyu Senoputro, Mister World Indonesia 2019.
One of his tips which he says is the most crucial step is to avoid looking in the mirror. Why? He argues that dwelling in that activity will hamper a person’s spirit to constantly exercise, especially considering that the body will not show significant changes if compared daily.
“We will not see a drastic change if we constantly look in the mirror everyday. Dwelling in that will only discourage you from exercising,” said Radityo in a protein shake launch on Tuesday.
He believes that avoiding the mirror can help someone focus on their physical training, especially if that is accompanied by having a healthy diet that are high in protein and low-fat.
“Basically, everyone has a six pack, but they might be covered by layers of fat. Eating high protein and low-fat food will help bring out [the six pack],” said Radityo who also suggested cardio and weight-lifting to reveal the set of stomach muscles.
