TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Setya Novanto said that Ganjar Pranowo, his former colleague at the House of Representatives (DPR), received money from the electronic ID (e-KTP) project. He stated it when Ganjar became the witness at the Corruption Court, Jakarta, today, Feb. 8.
According to Setya, he obtained the information from the former member of DPR's Commission II from Golkar Faction Mustokoweni Murdi, Hanura Party politician Miryam S. Haryani and the e-KTP graft convict, Andi Agustinus alias Andi Narogong.
Miryam stated the same information. It was strengthened by Andi's confession to Setya when he visited Setya’s house. Andi claimed that he gave money to Ganjar.

Ganjar testified that he met Setya in the departure lounge of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar, Bali, in 2011 or 2012.
“He (Setya) once said, 'Ganjar is done, do not be too harsh’,” said Ganjar imitating Setya's words.
According to Ganjar, Mustokoweni offered the money but he rejected it. So did with Miryam Haryani.
Ganjar explained that the KPK senior investigator Novel Baswedan had arranged a meeting between himself and Miryam. Both Ganjar and Miryam were confronted to be questioned about the e-KTP project. At that time, Miryam claimed that she did not give money to Ganjar.
Andi Narogong also mentioned Ganjar's denial. Andi claimed that he never gave money to Ganjar. According to Ganjar, Andi said it when he read his plea.
Setya Novanto is charged with intervening the budgeting and procurement of goods and services in the e-KTP project in 2011 until 2013. He is accused to have abuse the authority to benefit himself and enrich others and corporations. The former House of Representatives speaker was said to earn US$7,3 million and received a Richard Mille watch worth of US$135,000.
