TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Tony Spontana, Head of Information Center and Law of the Attorney General’s Office (AGO), said that the AGO's assessment on Budi Gunawan's case investigation result will soon be completed following the transaction analysis report issued by the Center of Financial Transaction Analysis and Report (PPATK) on Wednesday, March 25, 2015.
Previously, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) handed over their investigation documents on Budi Gunawan's alleged bribery to the AGO on March 2015. The AGO is expected to continue the investigation until it can be brought to court.
Tony explained that PPATK's analysis will be examined by a team of investigators led by Sarjono Turin, Chief of Corruption Investigation Sarjono Sub-directorate of the AGO.
