TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Users of the ride-hailing application GoJek widely complained about a problem on Friday afternoon, January 13, 2023. People complained about the issue across social media platforms managed by the ride-hailing firm.
Users and GoJek motorcycle riders complained about food order cancellations and difficulties in transferring credits in the app's GoPay services.
The alleged locations affected by this technical issue include Pekalongan, Bandung, and Pulogadung in Jakarta. There are allegedly many more regions affected by this issue.
According to the official website of Cekgulung.id/gojek, there were 197 reports. The number suddenly rose sharply between 4:00 to 5:00 PM WIB in the afternoon and returned to normal the next hour.

The Gojek server is down 66.16 percent
Unable to accept orders 15.66 percent
GPS location error 7.58 percent
The application cannot be opened 4.55 percent
Unable to log in to Gojek 3.54 percent
GO-PAY error 2.02 percent
GoJek servers are down 0.51 percent
