Tokopedia Sweeps 10 Wins at Contact Center World Awards 2022

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Tokopedia Care has won 10 awards at the world Contact Center World Awards 2022. This win is the 4th consecutive time since Tokopedia first competed in the prestigious event in 2019.
The categories won are gold medals for Best VIP Team, Best in Technology Innovation - Internal Solution, Best in Organizational CX, Best Use of Self-Service Technology, Best Use of Social Media, Best Customer Service Professionals, Best Customer Service Management, Best Supervisors, and Best Workforce Planning, followed by a silver medal for Best in Customer Service.
