Parking Spots during Jakarta Anniversary Celebration

TEMPO.CO, JakartaJakarta administration will hold the final events of the city's 492nd-anniversary celebration at Hotel Indonesia Roundabout (Bundahran HI) area tonight, June 22.

A number of roads are closed and the traffic is diverted for the success of the event. The organizer has set parking spots around the Bundaran HI area for those riding private cars.

The parking area is located at IRTI Monas, Park and Ride Thamrin 10, Jalan Imam Bonjol, and Plaza Mandiri.

"We call on the road users to adjust with the traffic engineering, comply with traffic signs and officers on the field, as well as prioritizing safety on the road," said the organizer in the press release on Friday, June 21.

The following is the list of parking spots and the capacity set by the Jakarta anniversary's event organizer:

1. Sarinah Thamrin with a capacity of 233 cars and 73 motorcycles.
2. Mandarin Oriental Hotel with a capacity of 160 cars.
3. Grand Indonesia with a capacity of 4,347 cars and 145 motorcycles.
4. Plaza Indonesia with a capacity of 1,959 cars.
5. Wisma Nusantara: 834 cars and 443 motorcycles.
6. Jakarta Theater: 350 cars, 200 motorcycles.
7. Jaya Building: 200 cars, motor 150 motorcycles.
8. Topas Tower: 96 cars, 200 motorcycles.
9. Plaza Permata building: 281 cars, 80 motorcycles.
10. Plaza BII: 101 cars, 240 motorcycles.
11. Menara Thamrin Building: 532 cars and 265 motorcycles.
12. BDN tower: 420 cars, 400 motorcycles.
13. Sari Pan Pacific: 150 cars.
14. The City Tower: 870 cars, 1,080 motorcycles.
15. UOB Plaza: 550 cars, 500 motorcycles.
16. Wisma Kosgoro: 186 cars, 150 motorcycles.
17. BNI 46 building: 526 cars, 350 motorcycles.
18. Wisma 46 building: 1,235, cars and1.000 motorcycles.
19. Wisma Nusantara building: 360 cars, 350 motorcycles.
