KPK deputy chairman for prevention Pahala Nainggolan and director of social service directorate Giri Suprapdiono would accompany the team. Febri explained that the task force would discuss the rational and realistic calculation of the party funding needed by the party and the transparency of the funding use.

Febri said that the meeting was required to be held considering the study by KPK revealed that the root of political corruption was the party funding. “Therefore, KPK takes a preventive approach, in addition to its prosecution effort,” he concluded.
