TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The police will be doing a reconstruction of the sexual harassment a theJakarta International School, Pondok Indah. The reconstruction will be closed for the public.

"The schedule will be determined later," said Metro Jaya Police spokesman, Kombes Rikwanto, on Wednesday, April 23 2014. Rikwanto said that a reconstruction is needed to discover what really happened before and after the crime.

He said that the reconstruction will involve two suspects, Virziawan Amin and Agun Iskandar. It is yet to be confirmed whether or not the victim will participate in the reconstruction.

Rikwanto explained that in accordance with the 1945 Constitution, any reconstruction attempt must also consider the victim's condition, which is why the police decided to do the reconstruction privately.

The two suspects are convicted for violating Article 82 of Law No. 23/2002 on Child Protection and subject to a maximum of 15 years of imprisonment.
