Two Former Ministers of Jokowi`s Cabinet Join Prabowo-Sandiaga

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Two former ministers in President Joko Widodo`s (Jokowi) working cabinet, Ferry Mursyidan Baldan and Sudirman Said, have joined the team to success Prabowo Subianto - Sandiaga Uno pair in the 2019 presidential election.
“Thank God, Ferry Mursyidan, Sudirman, Said Didu have joined [the team],” said Gerindra DPP (Central Board) Chairman Ahmad Riza Patria at the Parliament Complex, Senayan on Thursday, August 30.
Ferry Mursyidan was a former Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning in the early period of Jokowi Working Cabinet, which was later replaced by Sofyan Djalil. Meanwhile, Sudirman Said was a former minister of energy and mineral resources which was replaced by Archandra Tahar in the second cabinet reshuffle. And Said Didu was formerly Sudirman Said’s special staff.
Responding to this, the Secretary of the National Campaign Team (TKN) Jokowi – Ma’ruf, Hasto Kristiyanto claimed that they have no problem with that since it is part of the people's aspirations.
Meanwhile, the politicians from Prabowo’s coalition party also joined with Jokowi’s team. They are Deddy Mizwar, Chairman of the DPD East Java Democratic Party, Soekarwo and Chairman of the DPD Papua Democratic Party, Lukas Enembe.
