Chicken soup is also good to consume considering its simple ingredients are rich in nutrients and easy to be cooked. It contains high protein, fiber, and herbs that warm the body. Ingredients:
100 grams of chicken
1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 sweet corn, threshed
20 grams of peas
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
2 teaspoons minced coriander
Salt
Pepper
600 milliliters of water
3 tablespoons of honey
How to make:
1. In a large pot, boil the water and chicken, carrots, peas and sweet corn,
2. Cook until the carrot is slightly soft,
3. Add turmeric, pepper, and salt,
4. Add cilantro and cover the pot,
5. Cook until chicken and vegetables tender,
6. Pour the soup into a serving bowl,
7. Add honey and mix well. Garnish it with slices of coriander leaves and fried onions,
8. And last, serve it while still warm.
