TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) reported another earthquake in Jakarta today, January 24.
Today's earthquake was not as strong as yesterday's and lasted for a very short time. The earthquake was recorded at 13:30 Jakarta time, with a magnitude of 5.1 on the Richter scale.

The BMKG reported that the quake epicenter was 72 kilometer southwest of Lebak, Banten at a depth of 42 kilometers.
The BMKG said there is no threat of a tsunami.
