TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) spokesperson Febri Diansyah said his office has offered electronic ID cards (e-KTP) graft case suspect Setya Novanto with an opportunity to serve as a justice collaborator. The aim is to expose other individuals involved in in the graft case.
"If the defendant has a good faith to be a justice collaborator, he can propose it. [The KPK] will consider and review it," said Febri at his office in Jakarta on Thursday, January 4.

To be a justice collaborator, Setya is required to plead guilty and cooperate with the KPK to arrest other suspects. However, Febri explained that the main suspect cannot serve as a justice collaborator.
"So, he can just propose it and we will judge who’s the main actor of the case," he said.
