TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - President Joko Widodo or Jokowi has commented on the case implicating Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) chief Agus Rahardjo and deputy chief Saut Situmorang.
“I want to warn you not to take actions that are not based on evidence and facts,” Jokowi said in Jakarta today.
President Jokowi made the comment in response to a question on the case implicating two KPK leaders Agus Rahardjo and Saut Situmorang who were reported to police for allegedly forging a letter and abusing their authorities against House of Representatives (DPR) Speaker Setya Novanto.

The National Police Criminal Investigation Corps (Bareskrim) recently issued a notice to begin an investigation (SPDP) on the KPK leadersThe National Police chief Tito Karnavian, however, said that police have yet to name the two KPK leaders as suspects.
Jokowi said that the KPK and police have a good relationshop, adding that he does not expect to see any controversies.
