TEMPO.CO, Banyumas - Banyumas Police Criminal Investigation Unit head Adj. Comr. Djunaedi said that police have found various items at a home belonging to the attacker of Banyumas Police Headquarters in Central Java. The materials include a pressure cooker with wires, military training photos, black fabric with ISIS symbol and religious books. “There are 38 items,” Djunaedi said after the search on Tuesday, April 11, 2017.
On Wednesday morning, perpetrator Muhammad Ibnu Dar rammed a motorcycle into Banyumas Police Headquarters before viciously attacking police personnel with a sharp object. At noon, dozens of Banyumas Police officers search Ibnu Dar’s house in Karang Aren village, Purbalingga District.
Police found items in his rooms and cupboards, namely dozens of SIM cards, a pressure cooker with wires, weight scale, amplifier transformers, a computer and glowing plastic. “We could yet confirm what the items would be turned into,” Djunaedi said.
According to Djunaedi, some military training photos were found at Ibnu Dar’s house. There were three men in the photos, including the perpetrator. The photos were taken at a forest or plantation. He, however, could yet confirm the location where the pictures were taken.
