TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Dept. is targeting construction of 11,105 flat towers to be complete this year.
There have been six towers being built, where it is an extension of last year's extra time project. And nine other towers are a multi-project period 2016-2017 and 24 other towers are this year's project.
Arifin, Head of Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Dept. disclosed six towers that entered extra time project until this month are Semper, KS Tubun, Cakung Barat, Bekasi KM 2, Marunda and Rawa Bebek.
For 24 towers, he added, are built through this year's budget. 14 of them are in Nagrak and 4 units are in Rorotan and 4 units are in Penggilingan.
"It's dedicated to people with lower income," he stated, Monday (2/20).
His dept. keeps speeding up its construction. This is because the towers are set up for people affected river normalization.
"And now it is just awaiting the auction winner," he disclosed.
