TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Anti-Graft Comission (KPK) stated that the search on Dada Rosada’s house was done following the suspect’s trace Judge Setyabudi Tedjocahyono on his graft case.
Around twenty KPK investigators searched two houses which belong to the Bandung Mayor. Beforehand, KPK conducted an investigation towards Dada related to the bribing of the District Court Judge Setyabudi. Dada was often mentioned in the graft case due to his closeness with Toto Hutagalung, one of the suspects.
Toto Hutagalung’s name went popular after being confirmed as a suspect to the Judge Graft case. Toto was suspected to tell Asep, another suspect, to send Rp 100 million bribe money to Setyabudi.
KPK named Setyabudi’s graft case was related to the prosecution and charge of seven defendants on the graft case of the Bandung’s community fund which was held recently at the Corruption Criminal Court Bandung. During the hearing, the mayor’s and the regional secretary, Edi Siswandi, was mentioned to be involved.
