Anies to Put Jakpro Director Chosen by Ahok at Different Position

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan was preparing a new position for Satya Heragandhi after his removal as the president director of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro). Anies promised a place for Setya who was inaugurated by former governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok in 2016 for a job at light rail transit (LRT).

“Pak Satya will later be placed at LRT Jakarta. No longer at Jakpro, so he will be more focus,” said Anies Baswedan today, July 11, at Central Jakarta.

According to Anies Baswedan, the experience and role of Satya are needed for the light rail transit so he was assigned at LRT. However, the governor has not yet mentioned the position as well as when the company will be established. “I’ll announce it later,” he added.

Meanwhile, as the holding company of LRT, Anies demanded Jakpro improve its management, particularly at managing the regional asset which Anies deemed as the recent biggest work of the Jakarta administration.

The reshuffle of Jakpro boards was conducted following the extraordinary meeting of shareholders (RUPSLB) on Tuesday, July 10. In the meeting, the Advisory Board of Region-owned Enterprises Jakarta appointed Dwi Wahyu Daryoto as the new president director of Jakpro, replacing Satya Heragandhi.

Dwi Wahyu was previously removed from his post as the director of asset management at Pertamina following the oil leak at Balikpapan Bay in last April.

Meanwhile, back in 2016, former Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok chose Satya Heragandhi for his work at Trakindo, KAI, and GE.
