TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Have you ever felt that your Oppo smartphone has decreased in performance to the point that it is slow and lags? If so, you don't need to worry, because you can solve this problem just by restarting it.

As a smartphone owner, taking care of your phone is certainly something you must do. This aims to ensure that the phone is always in good and prime condition when used. However, sometimes this is ignored, causing various problems with the phone in the future.

If you don't take good care of your smartphone, don't be surprised if your phone will experience problems later. These problems can start from decreasing phone performance, being slow, lagging, to freezing and other problems.

Actually, many things can cause a smartphone to experience those problems. Starting from a full memory to too many applications opened at once. However, you can overcome these by just restarting your Oppo smartphone.

There are several ways you can restart your Oppo smartphone, from using the power button to using third party applications. Here are several ways you can restart your Oppo smartphone:

1. How to Restart Oppo Using the Power Button

The first way to restart an Oppo smartphone is to just use the power button. This is quite often used by smartphone users because it is quite easy to implement. Here's how to restart an Oppo phone using the power button only:

1.) First make sure there are no applications running on the back screen of the phone.

2.) On the phone's home page, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds.

3.) After that, the phone will display options in the form of power off and restart. Select 'Restart' or 'Restart'.

4.) The system will automatically restart and restart the phone.

2. How to Restart Oppo Using a Combination of Power and Volume Buttons

Apart from just using the power button, you can also restart your Oppo smartphone by using a combination of the power and volume buttons. Here's how to restart an Oppo phone using a combination of buttons:

1.) Make sure there are no applications running in the background.

2.) On the first page, press and hold the power button together with volume up for a few seconds until the phone turns off.

3.) After the phone turns off, release the two buttons.

4.) The Oppo phone will restart.

3. How to Restart Oppo Using the Accessibility Feature

Restarting using the power button is easy to do. However, using the power button too often for this is also not good. The reason is, this risks causing the buttons to become damaged more quickly.

Therefore, there is another alternative that can be used to restart the Oppo phone, namely by using the accessibility feature. Here's how to do it:

1.) Enter the 'Settings' menu on your phone.

2.) Scroll down and select ‘Additional Settings’.

3.) Select the 'Accessibility' menu.

4.) Click on ‘Accessibility Menu’.

5.) Press the toggle next to the words 'Accessibility Menu'

6.) Click ‘OK’ to allow.

7.) Once activated, an accessibility icon will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen. Click to open it.

8.) Select the 'POWER' menu to restart your cellphone.

9.) Select ‘Restart’ and the phone will restart automatically.

4. How to Restart Oppo Using Recovery Mode or ColorOS Recovery

The last way to restart an Oppo smartphone is to use the 'Recovery Mode' or 'ColorOS Recovery'. Note that restarting must be done when the phone is turned off. Here's how:

1.) Make sure your phone is turned off.

2.) Press and hold the volume button for a few seconds.

3.) Connect the phone with a charger cable until a flash icon appears indicating that there is incoming power.
