TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Pestapora music festival has unveiled its 2024 lineup. Held from September 20 to 22 at Gambir Expo & Hall D2 Jiexpo, Kemayoran, the festival promises three days of electrifying performances.
Get ready to headbang with Voice of Baceprot, the metal act that just rocked Glastonbury 2024. Joining them are 162 other acts, including Ari Lasso, D'Masiv, Dewa 19 feat. Ello, FSTVLST, The Changcuters, Isyana Sarasvati, Efek Rumah Kaca (ERK), Mocca, and The Adams, as announced by Pestapora’s Instagram @pestapora.
SBY Teams Up with Tohpati for Pestapora Performance
Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono or SBY, the 6th President of Indonesia, will also be gracing the Pestapora stage. Chief of Staff of the Democrat Faction, Yan Harahap, confirmed this to Tempo on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.
“That's right. Bapak is planned to meet the invitation from the Pestapora organizers,” Yan said.
According to him, SBY will be joined by the renowned guitarist and songwriter, Tohpati, and will perform at least two songs.

Pelatihan Pestapora Heats Up Before the Main Event
Pestapora isn't just about the main festival. Leading up to the event, Pelatihan Pestapora, a pre-festival workshop series, has been touring different cities. Solo kicked things off on June 15, featuring some of the festival's performers. Next up are Malang and Bekasi. Mark your calendars for July 26, as JKT48, Baale, Aftershine, and Juicy Luicy take the stage for Pelatihan Pestapora in Malang.
