Mitch Evans Wins Jakarta Formula E

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Mitch Evans won first place at the Jakarta Formula E race on Saturday, June 4. This is Evan's third win this season.
The racer of Jaguar TCS Racing previously won the series of races in Rome twice in a row. This is also his fourth podium at Formula E 2021-22.
In the electric car race at the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit, Ancol, Evans won the duel against Jean-Eric Vergne (DS Techeetah) who finished second, and Edoardo Mortara (ROKiT Venturi Racing) in the third place.
Evans recorded 0.733 seconds faster than Vergne and 0.967 seconds faster than Mortara. But his record time was quite far from the fourth place racer, Antonio Felix da Costa (DS Techeetah).
Meanwhile, Nyck De Vries of the Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team did not perform really well at the Jakarta E-Prix as he could not even finish the line at the 9th season race.
His partner at Mercedes-EQ, Stoffel Vandoorne, also only got the fifth position. He previously managed to steal the stage three times in a row.
