TEMPO.CO, Kendari - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) carried out a sting operation on Tuesday, September 21. Andi Merya Nur, Regent of East Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, was caught red-handed in the operation.
The anti-graft body also apprehended the Head of East Kolaka Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD) Anzarullah and four other people.
“We are still undergoing investigations in the Southeast Sulawesi Police’s General Crimes Directorate,” the Southeast Sulawesi Police spokesman Comr. Dolfie Kumaseh told Tempo on Wednesday, September 22.
