TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Vietnam Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh arrived in Indonesia on Friday, April 23, as he and his entourage landed in Soekarno-Hatta Airport at 10:45 aboard a Vietnam Airlines flight.
PM Pham Minh Chinh was greeted by the Foreign Affairs Ministry’s Director General of Protocol and Consular and Head of the State Protocol Andy Rachmianto, as stated by the Presidential Palace Press Bureau.
The prime minister was scheduled to meet with President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo in a bilateral meeting at the Bogor Presidential Palace in West Java.
The Vietnam PM’s arrival marks his first visit to Indonesia following his inauguration on April 5, 2021.
