Indonesia Logs 2,853 Fresh COVID-19 Cases

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesia's new COVID-19 cases continue to increase. Based on the government’s data today, November 9, 2020, at 12 p.m., there were 2,853 fresh infections over the last 24 hours.
The country’s total tally of coronavirus cases now reaches 440,569 since the first infection found on March 2, 2020.
The number of recoveries today, meanwhile, is 3,968 patients, bringing the total to 372,266 patients. They have been declared cured based on the negative results of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests.
Today's death toll increases by 75, so in total Indonesia has recorded 14,689 deaths related to the new coronavirus.
