TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Prabowo Subianto - Sandiaga Uno camp delivered their version of exit-poll result. The cam claims victory over rivals Joko Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin.
Prabowo's campaign director Sugiono said that based on their exit-poll count, they won 55.4 percent votes while Joko Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin got 42.8 percent.
Speaking from Prabowo's home in Kebayoran Baru, Sugiono said that they have "conducted assessments since voting stations opened this morning".
Sugiono said that they counted exit-poll results in 5,475 voting posts (TPS) in 492 regencies/cities across Indonesia. He added that they are still counting votes—both quick-count and real-count.
Prabowo's campaign team's exit poll result contradicts that of most survey agencies'. According to Indikator, as per 15:30 Jakarta time Jokowi was leading with 55.4 percent against Prabowo's 44.6
The quick counts by IndoBarometer and Charta Politika also showed Jokowi and Ma'ruf winning with 53.85 percent and 55.28 percent votes against Prabowo-Sandiaga's 46.15 percent and 44.72 percent.
