TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The electronic ID card (e-KTP) graft defendant Setya Novanto mentioned the names of people receiving the fee from the e-KTP procurement project. In the Jakarta Corruption Court today, March 22, he said that PDIP cadre Puan Maharani and Pramono Anung received the money from the e-KTP project.
Setya Novanto's statement was based on the information he obtained from businessman Made Oka Masagung when he visited Setya’s house in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. “US$500,000 for Puan Maharani and US$500,000 for Pramono Anung,” said Setya imitating Made.
Previously, Setya had mentioned some other names receiving the e-KTP graft money. Here is the list of people mentioned by Setya Novanto:

Some people mentioned by Setya denied receiving the money, include Pramono Anung, Puan, Ganjar Pranowo, and Melchias Markus Mekeng.
Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung asked Setya to not just randomly mentioning names for the sake of being granted the justice collaborator status. "The people mentioned [by Setya] are not necessarily involved [in the e-KTP graft]," Pram said at the presidential palace complex, Jakarta, Thursday.
The KPK prosecutors charged Setya with intervening the budgeting in the e-KTP project in 2010 until 2011 when he served as Chairman of the Golkar Party. Setya Novanto is reported having received a total fee of US$7.3 million and a Richard Mille wristwatch worth US$135,000. He was charged with Articles 2 and 3 of Law No. 31 on Corruption.
