TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Flag carrier Garuda Indonesia provides facilities for a free vaccination program organized by the government at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The service is available starting Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
“This vaccination service is a form of Garuda's commitment and support for the acceleration of the national vaccination program,” said Garuda President Director Irfan Setiaputra in a statement on Wednesday, June 30.
The vaccination service opens from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB. Vaccines are given free of charge to passengers aged 18 years and over who will fly with Garuda, either first or second dose. Passengers willing to be vaccinated can just show their flight ticket and ID card.
The availability of the vaccination service is adjusted to the vaccine supply that will be provided by the government. The inoculation will be carried out by health workers from Garuda Sentra Medika (GSM).
“The program implementation certainly refers to the procedure of vaccination using Sinovac,” Irfan added.
