TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Fast food restaurant chain McDonald's has announced that it is releasing a new signature menu in collaboration with popular K-pop group Bangtan Boys or BTS dubbed BTS Meal.

“Coming this May: The BTS Meal,” tweeted the burger joint’s official Twitter @McDonald's on Monday, April 19, 2021.

The BTS meal is reportedly designed according to the seven-member boy band’s own preferences, including 10 chicken McNuggets, medium French fries, a medium drink, and two dips: sweet chili and Cajun sauces which are developed in the Korean McDonald’s.

The celebrity signature menu will be available in nearly 50 countries, including South Korea, the United States, Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia. However, it will launch on different dates.

The BTS Army, the familiar call of BTS fans, in the United States will be the first to get hold of the meal on May 26, followed by fans in South Korea on May 27.

The BTS Army in Indonesia must be patiently waiting as referred to the schedule, the BTS Meal will be available one month later on June 25, 2021.
