TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Tangerang city government is set to organize the Tangerang Great Sale 2020 to celebrate the 27th anniversary of Tangerang city, Banten.
Tangerang Mayor H. Arief R. Wismansyah revealed, in Tangerang, Monday, February 10, 2020, that the Tangerang Great Sale would be opened on February 13 with discounts of up to 27 percent.
"Starting from the mall, retail stores, up to hotels and restaurants. The opening ceremony will take place on February 13-16, 2020, at Metropolis Town Square," said the mayor in Karawaci, Tangerang city.
Arief explained the opening of the Tangerang Great Sale 2020 would be enlivened with various events, including musical theater performances, puppet shows and famous band performances.
"The musical theater will be held on February 13, puppet shows on February 14 and Five Minutes on February 16," said the mayor.
The Tangerang Great Sale 2020 will be attended by 40 participants, ranging from malls to retail businesses in Tangerang city with a discount rate of up to 27 percent.
"Aside from being a celebration of anniversary, the Tangerang Great Sale is also expected to increase people's buying interest," Arief said.
