TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Just recently, the Alun-Alun Depok (Depok Square) had just been officially opened and it had already attracted hundreds of visitors.
The head of Depok's Department of Transportation, Dadang Widana, stated that he rerouted the city's route of public transportation so that people could visit the Depok Square conveniently.
“There are two transport routes that will pass by the square, which are D10A and D05A,” said Dadang after the Depok Square inauguration ceremony on Sunday.
Besides public transportation, Dadang also prepared a parking lot along the Grand Depok City (GDC) Boulevard for residents who bring personal vehicles.
“Already prepared [a parking lot], it's capacity up to 30 cars and 150-200 motorcycles,” Dadang remarked.
The Town Square in Depok, which is located in the GDC Boulevard Cilodong, had just been officially opened by the Government of Depok on Sunday, January 12, 2020.
