Bobotoh and Persib Players Hold Gathering to Pray Together

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Viking Persib Club (VPC) held a gathering to pray together with the Bobotoh (Persib supporter) for the late Haringga Sirla at Pusdai Mosque, Jalan Diponegoro, Bandung, Wednesday night, September 26.
Haringga was the victim of the beating by a number of Persib supporters, before the match of Persib against Persija Jakarta, in front of Bandung Lautan Api Stadium (GBLA) area, Sunday 23 September.
The gathering was attended by a number of Persib players, including Ghozali Muharam Siregar, Supardi Nasir, Ardi Idrus, Muchlis Hadi Ning, Eka Ramdani, and Henhen Herdiana. Persib’s Manager, H. Umuh Muchtar, and a number of VPC frontmen also attended.
“We are here, together, gather to change. We have no intention of yesterday’s incident. Hopefully, tonight will be a milestone for Bobotoh to be better, positive, and become a hope for many people,” said VPC Chairman, Herru Djoko.
