TEMPO.CO, Surabaya - The peak of long holiday reverse flow at Juanda international airport in Surabaya is predicted to peak on Sunday, which coincides with the end of this week’s long holiday.
"Because on Monday, many people will go back to work,” said Public Relations of state-owned airport operator of Juanda Chapter Liza Anindya to Tempo on Sunday (8/5).
Liza added that the number of passengers on Sunday is predicted to reach 28,000 for dome domestic arrivals and 28,000 for domestic departures.
"In total, the number of domestic passengers today is expected to reach 58,500 people,” she said, adding that for international flights, it is expected that 2,600 passengers will depart from the airport and 2,600 passengers will arrive at the airport.
