TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Tax Directorate General (Tax DG) at the Finance Ministry opens a help desk in providing information related to the annual tax return form (SPT) online report. Director of Counseling, Services, and Public Relations at the Tax DG Hestu Yoga Saksama said it includes the service for taxpayers who forgot the EFIN and the making of billing codes and verification codes.
“Taxpayers must submit tax ID (NPWP) and at least two other data. If it matches the existing data on the system, the billing code or verification code information will be submitted to the taxpayers,” he said.
Hestu said that the taxpayers who forgot the EFIN, that is needed to fill the e-form, can confirm using the NPWP, name, registered address, email address or mobile phone number and the latest tax year to the revenue officer (Kring Pajak).
If the data matches the data in the system, the taxpayers will receive an email from the firstname.lastname@example.org containing the EFIN information in a PDF file format that is protected by a password.
The data confirmation method is also done for taxpayers who have difficulty in getting billing code or verification code of the SPT.
The Tax DG also provides the information service on Twitter account @kring_pajak twitter and live chat on the www.pajak.go.id website, as well as via a phone call at 1500-200.
The information via Twitter, live chat, and phone are only served during the tax DG's complaint office operational time, which is on Monday to Friday at 08:00 to 16:00.
