Noor stated that the Investigator Prosecutor Team was formed after the Order of Commencement of Investigation (SPDP) was received by the Attorney General's Office from the investigators of the Jakarta Police.

“For details, ask the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office. I forgot the exact date,” Noor said.

Ratna Sarumpaet was officially detained by the Jakarta Police on October 5. She was set as a suspect in the case of spreading hoaxes. The police will charge Ratna with articles 14 and 15 of Law No. 1 of 1946 concerning Criminal Law Regulation, as well as article 28 in conjunction with article 45 of the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (ITE Law).
