TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The suspect of Bank Jabar and Banten robbery Yudi Setiawan, apparently attempted to get his share of beef quota import. He admitted that he was discussing the issue with Luthfi Hasan Ishaaq, who was the Prosperous Justice Party President during that time, along with Lutfi’s right hand Ahmad Fathanah.
"There was a three-way meeting in Cipaku [Yudi's office] between me, Luthfi and Fathanah," he said while testifying for Luthfi at the Jakarta Corruption Court on Monday, 7 October.
Yudi, who was the Director of Cipta Terang, explained that he found out about the quota from Fathanah. He then requested Fathanah for his share. He testified that Fathanah gave him 8 thousand tons of beef import quota.
He later informed that Fathanah asked him to establish a beef import company, when he then requested the help of Elda Devianne Adiningrat, the Commissioner of Radina Bio Adicita.
