TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya plans to hold the groundbreaking of the Tanah Abang sky bridge project in early August this year.
The company president director Yoory C. Pinontoan said on Wednesday, June 6, that the planning stage is completed and will be presented before Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan on June 7.
"Then all we have to do is wait for the auction preparation and the announcement," he said in Jakarta after meeting deputy governor Sandiaga Uno.

Yoory said that PD Pembangunan Jaya is ready to pay for all the projects' construction expenses, and so it can be carried out as soon as possible without having to wait for the regional budget discussion.
The sky bridge project is expected to cost some Rp50 billion. Once built, it will connect the Tanah Abang train station with the Tanah Abang Block G market.
