Dwina and Rheza have been summoned for questioning multiple times by the KPK. Rheza was once summoned for his shares at Mondialindo Graha, a company which owns the majority share in one of the companies that bid for the e-KTP project,Murakabi Sejahtera.
Murakabi Sejahtera’s participation in the e-KTP bidding process was suspected to be a result of a fixed bidding process which eventually had the Percetakan Negara Republik Indonesia (PNRI) as the winner of the bid. Meanwhile, Dwina was once the commissioner of Murakabi Sejahtera.
On January 4, 2018, KPK questioned Setya Novanto for the e-KTP procurement project corruption, whereas Rheza was once questioned by KPK on December 22, 2017.
