TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The healthcare division of the Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) signed an integrity pact with its partners, especially those from the finance and investment sectors.
The integrity pact involves 29 commercial and regional development banks, three securities firms and eight investment management companies.
"The integrity puts forward prudence in conducting business transactions with financial partners; to avoid all conflict of interests and pressures. It adheres to the laws and regulations that are in force in Indonesia," BPJS Kesehatan president director Fachmi Idris on Thursday, September 10, 2015.
The signing of the integrity pact is expected to encourage sound, qualified cooperation between the agency and all of its partners; creating good communication and quality frameworks in the principles of corporate governance.
The pact also pushes for good governance and structured organization and working procedures with clean, integrated business ethics, to pursue that ideal dream of providing social protection for all Indonesians.
