TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index or JCI ended today's trade, February 7, at a higher position compared to Monday. The JCI closed up 61.51 points or 0.89 percent to close at 6,935.30.
In today's trade, 272 stocks experienced price gains while 245 were corrected and 208 stagnated. Transaction volume reached 22.5 billion shares that were traded 1.2 million times with a market capitalization of Rp9,584 trillion.
According to RTI Business, foreign capital inflow amounted to Rp712 billion. Domestic investors dominated today's trade with 88.43 percent against foreign investors' 11.57 percent.
Today's most traded stock was GOTO (GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk) with 3.2 billion shares traded, followed by IPPE (Indo Pureco Pratama Tbk) with 1.4 billion, IRSX (Aviana Sinar Abadi Tbk) with 687.3 million shares, and BUMI (Bumi Resources Tbk) 549.5 million.
