Mahendro said the record for the highest ridership in a single day of operation was on May 6, 2024 with 69,706 riders. Meanwhile, the month with the highest number of passengers was April 2024 with 1,402,933.

According to Mahendro, KAI is committed to improve the Jabodebek LRT services further. "For example, by adding more runs so that the waiting time between trains or headways are shorter, only 5.5 minutes during rush hour on the Cawang-Dukuh Atas route," he said.

"We hope that by improving all aspects of service, we can provide the best service to users and increase public interest in using Jabodebek LRT," Mahendro said.
