TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Nine sub-districts or kelurahan (urban villages) in North Jakarta are on alert for possible high-tide floods, after the water gate monitoring post of Pasar Ikan in Penjaringan found that the sea level reached 220 centimeters (cm) as of 07:00 this morning, 18 January.
