Elon Musk Believes Indonesia Has an 'Extremely Exciting Future'

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Speaking at the B20 Summit in Bali on Monday, November 14, 2022, Tesla CEO Elon Musk expressed his belief that Indonesia will have a bright future ahead because the country has a high youth population and an abundance of energy resources.
Musk elaborated that the combination between the youth, energy, and population will help take Indonesia to a future that he considers to be "extremely exciting".
Elon also highlighted Indonesia’s potential in developing an ecosystem of electric vehicles because the country has plenty of raw materials to produce batteries, such as nickel and lithium.
"With connectivity and education, I think Indonesia will become a great nation for the world," Musk added as reported by Antaranews.
Elon Musk was initially planned to be present in the series of G20 events, which include the B20 Summit, however, he canceled his appearance because of urgent matters, and decided to participate in the event virtually.
