Batik Air Adds More Bali - Labuan Bajo Flights

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Low-cost carrier Batik Air has added more flight schedules for the Bali-Labuan Bajo round-trip route starting September 1, 2022. The company owned by Lion Air Group sees a growing tourist market in the two main destinations.
“The Bali-Labuan Bajo route is prepared for a fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft,” said the airline’s Corporate Communications Strategic Danang Mandala Prihantoro in a statement quoted on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.
The Airbus A320 has 12 seats for business class and 144 for economy class. Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft is also mobilized for the round-trip flight with 12 seats for business class and 156 seats for economy class.
The ticket price from Bali to Labuan Bajo on weekdays and weekends starts from Rp1.4 million, while the ticket price from Labuan Bajo to Bali is set lower starting from Rp 1.32 million.
Batik Air offers a free baggage allowance of up to 20 kilograms for economy class and 30 kilograms for business class. The flight is also equipped with entertainment services accessible from mobile and tablet devices powered by Tripper. “It’s easy [to get it], just download the Tripper app. Free entertainment is available with a variety of Indonesian films, Hollywood movies, up to Koreans,” said Danang.
