TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Defendant Fredrich Yunadi will be tried again today for allegedly obstructing the investigation on Setya Novanto's e-KTP bribery case.

In today's hearing, KPK prosecutors will bring Medika Permata Hijau Hospital director Hafil Budianto Abdul Gani to the witness stand.

KPK prosecutor said there will be two other witnesses from the hospital, Mohammad Toyibi dan Djoko Sanjoto Suhud.

The three men have testified before in the same trial for defendant doctor Bimanesh Sutarjo on April 16.

Fredrich Yunadi is under charges of plotting with Bimanesh Sutarjo to make a fake diagnosis over Setya Novanto's medical condition and injuries, in an attempt to thwart investigation against the former DPR speaker.
