TEMPO.CO , Seoul – An anonymous hacker group claimed to be responsible for the attack on several websites, including Cheong Wa Dae , the official website of South Korea President.
The attack took place earlier today, striking the homepage of Cheong Wa Dae and Government's Policy Coordination website, which was later closed for maintenance purposes. The attack displayed some red colored message at Cheong Wa Dae , one among many stated 'The Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un', the North Korean Dictator.
For 10 minutes, the messages appeared alongside a disturbing statement that said "We are Anonymous. We are a group of Satan. We do not forgive. We do not forget.” However, it remains unclear if the North Koreans were behind the attack because the group also threatened to attack North Korean Websites.
