The Indonesian Trade Ministry through the Directorate General of Consumer Protection and Business Order (PKTN) held a meeting with PT Mitra Muda Jaya or PK Entertainment, the organizing committee of the Coldplay concert in Jakarta on November 15, 2023, to address consumer complaints.
“The Trade Ministry is following up on consumer complaints, in this case, concert ticket buyers claimed they were being disadvantaged,” PKTN Director General Moga Simatupang said in his statement on Monday, Dec. 4, 2023.
