TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian Police's anti-terror squad, Densus 88, searched the house of suspected terrorist S in Trayu Village, Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency, Friday, August 4. S is suspected of being part of the terrorist network for the suicide bombing at the Astanaanyar Police Headquarters, Bandung, West Java. He was arrested by the Densus 88 in Boyolali on Friday, 28 July.

The search began in the morning shortly after 9:00 am by personnel of the INAFIS police identification team. The search was monitored by the National Police Headquarters' PR Division and the Boyolali Resort Police, as well as witnessed by Trayu Village officials and administrators.

After about an hour's search, officers were seen exiting the house taking out a motorbike and several sealed evidence bags. Officers also took a vehicle number plate and shoes that were allegedly thrown near the river on the outskirts of Trayu Village.

The search of S's house was a follow-up to the previous arrest on Friday last week. S is suspected of being part of the terrorist network for the suicide bombing at the Astanaanyar Police Headquarters, Bandung City, West Java.

Previously, the Densus 88 Anti-terror team arrested two suspected terrorists in Central Java's Sukoharjo Regency and Boyolali Regency. Their homes were also searched by the Densus 88 on August 2 and 3.
