TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto expressed his readiness to attend the summons of the Attorney General's Office (AGO) on Monday, July 24. Asked by reporters at the Manahan Stadium Solo after attending the 25th anniversary celebration of the National Awakening Party (PKB) on Sunday, July 23, the Golkar Party chairman gave a brief answer.

"I'll come, I'll come," he said.

When asked about his preparations for examination at the AGO, Airlangga was reluctant to provide further comments. Airlangga only said that on Sunday afternoon he would immediately return to Jakarta.

Airlangga Hartarto had said that he would be ready to attend the AGO summons if he had received the summons letter. Airlangga failed to attend his first summons as a witness in the corruption case in the granting of export facilities for crude palm oil (CPO) and its derivatives.

"After the invitation is received, I will attend," Airlangga at the Kempinski Hotel, Central Jakarta, Thursday, July 20.

Airlangga had been summoned by the Attorney General's Office on Tuesday, July 18 to be examined as a witness in the CPO case. He did not attend the summons. When asked if the reason he was not present at the examination was because he had not received an invitation, Airlangga said nothing.
